The former site of the Laclede Gas storage tank will soon be home to three new residential projects. On the northeastern corner, Jerry King and Steve Trampe have plans for a four-story apartment building (rendering at left) with 200-plus units and first-floor retail. In addition, Saaman is looking to build 28 townhomes and Station G Partners is renovating the utility building on the site into five condominiums.
