Parking in the Buckingham Court Parking District runs along both sides of Buckingham Court from North Court to Laclede Avenue and along the north side of Laclede Avenue from Buckingham Court to South Court. Exceptions: Any portion of the street designated for disabled parking or any portion of the street prohibiting parking during specific hours on specific days.
All vehicles must display a valid CWE South Parking District permit. Vehicles not displaying valid permits will be subject to a fine.

New applicants and renewing applicants with changes of address or vehicle:
What you need:
• Completed application
• Copy of valid motor vehicle registration
• One of the following proofs of residency bearing your name and address:
• Valid lease
• Gas, electric, water, sewer, telephone, cable or credit card bill postmarked within the past 30 days
• Monthly bank statement postmarked within the past 30 days
Buckingham Court Parking District Guidelines
• There is no charge for a permit.
• Permits are valid for the period indicated on the permit and may be renewed yearly.
• You may apply for as many permits as you have vehicles.
• Permits must be hung from the rearview mirror and be visible from the exterior of the vehicle.
• Possession of a permit does not guarantee a parking place.
• Permits are for the use of residents of the Buckingham Court Parking District only. Vehicles displaying permits but not assigned to residents will be subject to a fine.
• If you move from the Parking District, your permit is no longer valid.
• The sale, transfer or intentional misuse of the resident permit is prohibited.
