City Garden Montessori is moving to Tower Grove Ave between McRee and Blaine and will take the place of the existing warehouse. No demolition will occur. UIC + CDO is the design-build firm coordinating the project. The development will be complete by mid 2012 in time for the 2012-13 school year.
Global Farm was installed in 2011. The farm is a project of the International Institute and will provide an employment training and food producing space for refugee clients.
